Paheli jo kabhi sulajhti nahi
Us paheli ko bhoolna accha
Zindagi sirf ek baar milti hai
Usko jee lena accha

Ulhanein to har mod par mil jaaengi tumhey
Zindagi ki paheli ko kitna suljhaogey
Har uljhan jo na suljhey, ussey moonh mod lena hi accha

Warna yunhi guzar jaaegi
Paheliyon mein ulajhtey huey zindagi...
Kisney keh diya tumsey bhala
Baad mein chain ki neend sulati hai zindagi

Har din ho sakta hai aakhri
Kal ki subah zaroori nahin dikhlaey zindagi
Isliye aaj ka maza le lo aur jeelo zindagi

Relatives and Friends

When it comes to choosing between relatives and friends, choose the latter, for relatives are the most untrustworthy people with whom you are linked by destiny, rather than by choice.

A friendship is more valuable than a relative's subjective relationship. It's been often found that relatives are selective in their behavioural pattern and chose the behaviour depending upon the situation in which they find themselves in. When in need, and when all options are closed, they approach the relative and when it is time for them to return the favour, the relative seeking the favour is conveniently ignored. At times, there are relatives who become too imposing, perhaps on the mistaken assumption that seniority or financial superiority gives them the unchallengeable right to act high and haughty. But this also happens in situations when they have their cronie relatives who let them act in such a manner.

Friends, on the other hand, are those who let you decide what you want from them and at the same time, expect you to be there for them when they need you the most. Friends are those who expect no material benefit out of you, yet they are unrelentlessly with you everytime, anytime.

Friends will always be friends and relatives...can never be friends. SO it's better that relative relationship be maintained without getting too much involved with them. For one day, these very relatives hurt you the most. Friends, will always be there, no matter where you are and what you are in life.
